Tween Scrunchie Workshop
In this 2 hour workshop we will make scrunchies! For those new to sewing: The workshop will include a basic intro to a sewing machine, including how to thread the machine, sew a straight seam, and backstitch. Kids will also learn how to turn a tube of fabric and install elastic.
All materials for the workshop are included. For this workshop kids will have their choice of materials. All materials are cut and prepped in advance.
This workshop is perfect for those new to sewing and those with experience. The number of scrunchies a kid makes will depend on their own pace. Kids will leave the workshop with the skills and confidence to make scrunchies at home.
