For 7th Grade and Up
In this 90 Minute 13-class session, teens will sew accessories, bags, and/or simple garments while exploring a range of materials and techniques. Beginners will learn sewing machine basics like threading, straight seams, turning corners, and backstitching. More experienced students will be introduced to advanced techniques to level up their skills.
Everyone will be assigned their own sewing station with a computerized Brother machine. All materials are provided. Everyone will leave the session with a batch of one-of-a-kind projects and the skills and confidence to sew at home.
Location: 117 9th St, Studio 102
Schedule: 6:00- 7:30 Mondays Jauary 4- April 12 (no class 1/18, 2/15)
Makeups: April 19 ( can also come in to makeup classes on alternate days when there is availability)
Note: No refunds for missed classes. A signed liability waiver is required before the first session.
